GENESIS - Seconds Out - Live

This two record set was recorded Live in Paris, France in 1976 & 1977. The line-up varied slightly during that time. While Michael Rutherford, Tony Banks, Phil Collins, and Steve Hackett remained constants, Bill Bruford & Chester Thompson were somewhat in flux. Chester Thompson, formerly with Weather Report, Frank Zappa, The Pointer Sisters, & others, came on board at this juncture to help with the transition, as the group re-stated some of their previous classics before laying them to rest. This allowed Steve Hackett to ultimately leave the group to continue pursuing his own solo career, as did Peter Gabriel from the earlier line-up. Selections are: Squonk; The Carpet Crawl; Robbery, Assault & Battery; Afterglow; Firth Of Fifth; I Know What I Like; The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway; The Musical Box (Closing Section); Supper's Ready; Cinema Show; Dance On A Volcano; and Los Endos. This is the ORIGINAL UK Pressing on FAMOUS CHARISMA RECORDS (6641-697), with the original printed innersleeves. European LPs do not come with shrinkwrap, but this copy in in pristine unplayed MINT condition!
